"Vendor rating" is a mobile application for evaluation of performance of suppliers and contractors.
Select a supplier, indicate the name of works or goods and location and rate a supplier from 1 to 5.
If necessary, add the object where the work was carried out, or take a photo of the product, which will show a defect or deviation in quality.
If you want to indicate what can be improved , please, add additional comments and photos in the sections "Quality", “HSE" and “Duration".
The results of evaluations, photos and comments will be available to the purchasing team for the further with supplier.
Based on evaluations, the System will calculate a “Vendor rating".
